For 4 people :: 4 Truchas de ration 60 g of butter 3 lemons 1 glass of milk 50 g of flour 1 sprig of parsley olive oil salt |

2. We pass the trout fillets for milk and batter in flour.
3. On the other hand, we put in a pan with a little hot oil half of the butter and stir.
4. Add the trout and fry over low heat 5-10 minutes on each side.
5. We take out of the pan and put on the dish in which we are going to serve.
6. We squeeze a lemon, wash the other two and cut them into slices.
7. We put the rest of the butter in the frying oil the trout, add the lemon juice and fry for a minute. We add the chopped parsley to the pan out of the fire.
8. We put the sauce over the fish and adorn with the lemon slices and with some parsley leaves and serve.
