Trout recipe stuffed with cottage cheese and nuts

Clean the trout, removing the central spine. Introduce into each slice of serrano ham.

4 trout
150 gr. of ham serrano
150 gr. of cottage cheese
20 nuts
1 tomato
flour
virgin oil extra hojiblanca
pajil

Ingredients to make trout stuffed with cottage cheese and nuts:

2. Pásalas by flour and fry them in a pan with oil.

3. Place them in a wide source. Casca and peel the nuts. Mix in a bowl the cottage cheese, half of the nuts and the rest of the chopped ham.

4. Place the mixture in a pastry bag and fill the trout. Tuesta the rest of the nuts in a pan with a little oil.

5. Peel the tomato and cut it into dice.

6. Take them into the pan, jump briefly and serve the trout.

7. decorate with a sprig of parsley.

8. When you clean trout you must be careful not to wash them too much so that they are not aqueous.

9. For a better presentation, it is convenient to remove the guts and leave the head.
