Ingredients to make horse sauce:
2. In a mortar we crush the garlic, cumin and a little salt until a paste is added and a good jet of vinegar is added.
3. In a little frying oil the fish we put the content of the tomato can, we leave it for a few minutes and pour the content of the mortar.
4. We put the horse in a clay casserole and put over the previous preparation, rectifying flavors, if necessary.
5. It is allowed to cook for five minutes and served in the same casserole.
6. Presentation: in clay casserole, accompanied by wrinkled potatoes or any other potato recipe and a good wine.
