Ingredients to make cod tajÃn with tomato:
1. We chop the fine onion, cut the pepper into medium pieces, chop the coriander and peel the tomatoes. What I do is rub them with the song of a knife, then the skin comes out easily. Once peeled, we cut them into small pieces.
2. We heat a little oil at the base of the tajÃn and put the onion to brown.
