Spasted sardines recipe

Clean and despair the sardines.

Ingredients to make scattered sardines:
1 kg sardines
2 ud median onion
1 UD Red pepper
1 UD green pepper
2 clove
saffron
pepimentón sweet
spicy paprik
white wine
fumet of fish
oil
flour
flour

Ingredients to make scattered sardines:

2. Make a farce poaching the onion, pepper and garlic tooth, all cut in countryman.

3. Add the saffron.

4. Salar.

5. Fill the sardines, with the farce, covering with each other. Flour and fry.

6. Apart we will make the marine sauce as follows.

7. Chop the onion in very fine countryman and put to poach in oil preferably olive.

8. Add a clove of garlic that we will have crushed in mortar with a sprig of parsley.

9. Add a pinch of sweet paprika and a little spicy.

10. Take a splash of wine and a glass of Fumet.

11. Let reduce.

12. Finish the recipe stewing the sardines in this sauce.

13. Serve in mud.
