Sole recipe with mushroom sauce

Ingredients to make sole mushroom sauce:
For 4 people: Preparation: 10 minutes. Cooking: 20 minutes.:
4 sole without the skin
200 gr. of mushrooms
1/2 glass of liquid cream
breadcrumbs
6 tablespoons olive oil
30 gr. of butter
1 egg
1 lemon
salt
pepper
flour.

Ingredients to make sole mushroom sauce:

2. Eliminate the sandy part of the mushrooms, wash them and cut them into sheets.

3. Save them with 2 tablespoons of oil, salt and lemon juice.

4. Rinse and dry the sole.

5. With a sharp knife, make a cut in each along the spine.

6. Enter the knife leaf above and along the spine, so that the fillets are detached.

7. With scissors, cut the spine by both ends.

8. Pass the soles through flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

9. Fry them on both sides with the remaining butter, starting with the open side.
