Sole, ham and prawn roll recipe

Butter melts in a Honda pan and the flour is given in it.

Ingredients to make sole rolls, ham and prawns:
12 sole, fillets
500 grams of prawns or prawns
12 slices of finished ham
50 oil
500 ccs of fish broth
50 grams of butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2 teaspoons of liquid cream
1 spire of elldo
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Ingredients to make sole rolls, ham and prawns:

3. Add the liquid cream and salt and pepper.

4. chop the dill and mix it with the hot sauce.

5. Clean the prawns, peel them and remove the heads.

6. Extend the sole fillets, put on them the ham skewer and place some prawns on the center.

7. Roll out the fillets on the prawns forming some rolls and close with some sticks.

8. Place in a slightly greased oven source.

9. Water with a splash of oil and introduce in the oven, previously heated to 200ºC, until the fish bleached and is made.

10. Serve the rolls with the sauce above and a little dill.

11. This recipe is very own for parties, it can be prepared and put in the oven shortly before serving.
