The sole are cleaned and cut into fillets. They season, pass through flour and fry back and forth in a pan with little oil. They are reserved in a baked source.

4 units. sole 1 unid. butter 1/2 lbs. milk 50 g. Blue cheese 1 cup (s) flour 1 pinca salt 1 unid. nutmeg 1 unid. parsley 1 cch. oil |
Ingredients to make sole fillets with milk sauce:
2. To make the sauce the butter melts in a saucepan, the chopped cheese, a teaspoon of flour is added and everything is well releasing, stirring incessantly while we throw the milk. Salt, nutmeg and chopped parsley is added, and let it cook for a few minutes.
3. Then the sole fillets are covered with the sauce, start a minute and serve.
