For 4 people :: un kilo of sardines. Two onions. Three garlic cloves. |
Ingredients to make casserole sardines in oven:
2. We peel and crush the onions, parsley and garlic cloves to form a paste.
3. We mix in a mortar, onion, parsley, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt and paprika making a paste.
4. In a low casserole (better if it is a clay casserole) we have a layer of sardines, we spread half of the mortar pasta and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and repeat the operation until it ends with a layer of the mashed on the last layer of sardines.
5. We introduce the casserole into the oven to 200ºC and let thirty minutes cook.
6. We serve at the table using the same casserole where we have cooked the sardines.
