Sardinas Guisadas al Bonilla recipe

Guisadas sardines is a very old recipe, only that each one varies according to their ways of cooking and taste, at home and at my grandparents house, and I try to do it as my grandparents taught me, and it is very good.

Ingredients to make stewed sardines to Bonilla:
1 kilogram of medium sardines
2 units of onions
3 units of tomatoes
2 units of laurel leaves
1 red pepper unit
2 units of green peppers
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of virgin olive olive oil
2 parsley branches units
1 pinch of mixtured spices pepper (dye)
4 cloves of garlic
½ glass of glass of white wine
Additional characteristics: cheap cost, stew

Ingredients to make stewed sardines to Bonilla:

1. Preparation: This recipe can be done by removing the scraps to sardines, or leaving them whole. First, proceed to carefully clean the sardines, removing the head, guts and scales. And if they want without scraping, open them and remove the scratch carefully not to break them.

2. Then chop the onions, peppers, tomatoes (removing their skin), garlic, and parsley. In a deep bowl mix everything and reserve.
