Santander sardines recipe

1 kilo of sardines
5 teeth garlic
some twigs of parsley
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 salad tomatoes

2. We season them, we spread with the oil and place them on a baking plate.

3. We chop garlic and parsley and mix them with breadcrumbs.

4. We cover the sardines with the mixture of garlic, parsley and breadcrumbs.

5. We introduce in the preheated oven at 200º C for 6 minutes.

6. We serve on a salad tomato base cut into fine slices and seasoned with a little salt and virgin olive oil.
