Salmon skewer recipe

We cut the salmon into four pieces and each piece is divided into three parts. It must be cut wide.

Ingredients to make salmon skewers:
1/2 Fresh salmon without spine
1 onion
2 mature tomatoes
350 grams of big prawns
2 dice of fresh basil
basil dry
1 glass of white wine
salt
tomatoes cherry
olive oil
olive oil
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Ideal accompany with pink wine

Ingredients to make salmon skewers:

2. We chop the onion and put it to saute it in a casserole with hot olive oil.





3. Next we cut the mature tomatoes and add them to the onion. Lets saute it and add the wine.





4. Once the onion and tomato are sauteed, we add the peeled prawns and let cook until your juice releases.





5. Add the salmon, with the diced of fresh basil and the dry basil, we leave and let cook for three or four minutes, no more of this time because the salmon would be done a lot and when riding the skewers they would break.





6. Let cool, separate the salmon from the prawns and reserve the sauce.





7. In a pan saute the cherry tomatoes.





8. We move on the skewers, we will first put a piece of salmon, then a prawn and then the cherry tomato. Thus until completing the skewer.





9. We crush the sauce we had reserved, we put it on top and heaven in the oven for five minutes.





10. Once hot, we serve.
