Ingredients to make salmon scallions: |
4 portions :: 500 gr. of salmon scalopes in 4 pieces 800 gr. of spinach the pulp of two tomatoes 1/2 tablespoon of fat salt | For sauce :: 1/2 dl. of dry white wine 2 dl. of liquid cream 100 gr. of butter (recently taken from the fridge) salt pepper. |
Ingredients to make salmon scallions:

3. Prepare 4 hot dishes.
4. Salar the salmon scalopes (with the fat salt) and make them in the nonstick pan with any fat.
5. Cook about 4 minutes per side.
6. Boil white wine and cream for 30 seconds.
7. Add the butter in hard pieces.
8. Arrange the salmon scallops on the spinach and surround the set of the sauce and the pulp of the tomatoes.
9. Salpize the salmon of fresh basilisk and serve.
