Ingredients to make salmon sushi and tuna:
2. Once the rice is cooled mix with soy sauce.
3. We place the Nori algae sheets on a bamboo mat or on waxed paper or film paper on a flat surface.
4. We distribute the rice leaving a strip of about 2 centimeters around.
5. We extend a small amount of wasabi in the center of the rice.
6. We put the pickles and raw fish cut into strips on top of the wasabi.
7. We roll the Nori firmly.
8. We cut the roll with a sharp knife and wet in water into slices 2 centimeters thick.
9. We serve accompanied by soy sauce, wasabi and marinated ginger.
