Ingredients to make sailor fried: |
500 gr. Rape 250 gr. of clean sepia 200 gr. from gamba pelada 1 kg. Of potatoes 1 Pige Red Grande 1 head of garlic 2 Sofritos 1 laurel leaf 1 pinch of salt pepper white 1/2 cup of brandy fresco hinojo cut olive oil |
Ingredients to make sailor fried:
2. The potato is fried in separate oil, long and fine. Once fried, mix with the fried previously prepared.
3. In another pan, the garlic is fried, the bay leaf is added and the red pepper cut into small pieces is added.
4. When the pepper is almost fried, the sauces are cut and incorporated with the pepper.
5. Once the sauce is finished, all the oil is drained, the fennel is added and all the ingredients are mixed.
6. Season with salt and pepper, flamea with brandy and we spray it with virgin olive oil.
