Romesco Rape Recipe

Brown in the pan all the ingredients of the Romesco.

Ingredients to monitor the Romesco:
For 4 people ::
1 rap tail of 1 kg. Corted in slices

8 gambas
8 Cigalas
mussels
Almejas
1 Fumer Fumer Glass (see FuMt of Fish)
1 glass of white wine .
For the Romesco sauce ::
2 garlic
2 slices of bread
2 ñoras
1 good handful of almonds and hazelnuts
1 guindilla

Ingredients to monitor the Romesco:
