Roasted tuna recipe

We cut the vegetables (tomatoes, scallions and peppers) in Juliana and Pohamos with the three cloves of garlic and olive oil.

Ingredients to make roasted tuna:
2 slices of 400 grs tuna. Each
2 tomatoes
2 onions
2 green pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 glass of txakoli (dry white wine)
caldo of fish or water
oil
salt
3 cuch. of tomato sauce
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Popular in spring-summer, ideal accompany with white wine

Ingredients to make roasted tuna:

2. In a pan with oil, we brown the salted tuna and without leather and back to strong heat.

3. We place half of the poached vegetables at the bottom of a baking vessel and on this tuna, on top of the vegetable and bathe with the txakoli.

4. We put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the tuna. We water with a little water or fish broth if necessary.

5. We take out the tuna with the vegetable and add the garnish tomato sauce.
