Roasted lubina recipe with vegetables to thyme

We spread an oven source with oil.

Ingredients to make roasted lubina with vegetables to thyme:
A lubina
virgin olive oil
5 green peppers
3 tomatoes
1 laurel sheet
a branch of thyme
5 potatoes
2 onions 8 cloves of garlic
salt

2. We put in the background a layer of the potatoes cut into fine slices, then the tomato, also cut into fine slices.

3. Then the onion, cut into hoops, and in the end the chopped garlic.

4. Sprinkle with the thyme, we put a bay leaf, season and only a splash of a good virgin olive oil is missing.

5. Bake the vegetables for about 15 minutes at 200ºC.

6. We put on the roasted vegetables the lubina (washed, clean and seasoned), we return to the oven, also to 200ºC, and we leave it roasted about 20 minutes.

7. It is served jointly with roasted vegetables to thyme
