4 white fish fillets
1 piece of lemon
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 piece of onion
5 pieces of mushrooms
2 pieces of red tomato
2 pieces of pepper
2 pieces of pumpkin

Ingredients to make fish mixiots with vegetables:

1. In the following image you can observe the ingredients that we will need for the preparation of our exquisite mixes of fish with vegetables for Christmas.





2. Lets start the recipe by placing the fish in a deep bowl. Then, we add the lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper and let it sail for 10 minutes. Once this time has passed, we remove the lemon fish and reserve it for a moment.





3. While fish is marked, we can take the opportunity to take the guajillo chiles, wash them, break them up and remove the seeds. Once clean, we cook them in hot water for approximately 5 minutes to soften them.





4. When the chiles are ready, we place them in the blender along with the onion, the garlic salt and the axiote. Then, we proceed to liquefy these ingredients to form a homogeneous sauce to continue with the preparation of fish mixes.





5. On the other hand, we take the vegetables (red tomato, pumpkin, pepper and mushroom) and slice them finely, as we observe in the following image.





6. Now, to make Mexican mixiots we must form a sack with the foil. To do this, we take the aluminum pieces and fold them in half. Then, we join the lateral ends, which are open, folding towards the center, strongly, ensuring that they are well sealed. 7. We place the fish inside the aluminum bag that we prepare in the previous step, add the vegetables and, finally, the Mexican red sauce. We seal the bag to prevent the ingredients and Christmas mixes from getting out.





8. The Mexican mixes are cooked in steamed, so that we place the aluminum bag in the steamer, we close it and let the preparation be cooked for 30 minutes over medium heat.





9. After cooking time, we remove the preparation of the fire, we make sure that everything is well cooked and we serve this delicious dish of mixes of fish with vegetables.
