Ingredients to make alanged sauce: |
For 4 people :: 1 rap tail of 1 kilo ½ glass of olive oil ½ glass of white wine 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 laurel leaf 1 sprig of parsley sweet paprika pepper in grain salt cooking thread 100 grams of mayonnaise (the light version can be used) 1 tablespoon of fried tomato the half orange juice |
Ingredients to make alanged sauce:
2. We salt and pepper, spread with olive oil, salt and paprika and wrap in aluminum foil.
3. We introduce in hot water with the sprig of parsley, the laurel, the white wine, the pepper and the onion split in half.
