Rape and prawn skewer recipe with American sauce

American sauce is the first thing we must start making.

Ingredients to make rapped skewers and prawns with American sauce:
For 4 people ::
16 Rape
16 prawns.
For the American sauce ::
250 g of onion
200 g of carrot
2 leeks
200 g of fresh tomato
40 g of rice
the heads and peels of the prawns
½ cup of brandy

Ingredients to make rapped skewers and prawns with American sauce:

2. To do this, we put the onion and carrot chopped in julienne (fine strips) over low heat.

3. about 45 minutes later, when they are halfway, we introduce the sliced leek.

4. Let cook as half an hour and introduce the chopped tomato letting the set for about 20 more minutes.

5. Add the previously sauteed peels and flame with the brandy.

6. Add the rice, sauté the set, wet with the fumet (fish broth) and let cook covered for about 20 more minutes.

7. We crush with the blender and then collide 2 times so that no seafood shell does not pass.

8. We put salt and reserve to subsequently saute the rapped and shrimp skewers.

9. To mount the skewers: we peel the raw prawns and reserve the peels and heads for the sauce.

10. We cut in dice.

11. We started in half the tomatoes.

12. We skewer the different products in a skewer interspersing dwarf tomatoes, rappes and prawns (other elements such as mushrooms, green pepper …) can be added.

13. We place them in a pan or iron over high heat for 2 minutes and turn so that they are cooked on both sides.

14. We can also cook the skewers if we introduce them in the oven to 200 ºC for 10 minutes.
