Ingredients to make baked fish with sauce:
1. To make our baked fishing with sauce, we will first preheat the oven at 180 ºC. While he warms up, we will peel the garlic cloves and the French onions. Cut them into pieces. Reserve.
Trick: If you do not have shallots, use a small or medium onion of a large one.
2. Follow now with the pistachios, peel and split into thick pieces. The vanilla sheath will split it in half throughout and we will cut it into six smaller pieces. Reserve.
3. When we have the oven hot, we will put the clean fish, head and guts in a suitable fountain. Salpimentar to taste and sprinkle with a good stream of olive oil. Put the preheated oven fish at 180 ºC for 8-10 minutes.
Trick: Remember that fishcads need little baked time so that they are juicy.
4. While our baked fish is done, we will make the nuts of nuts: put the butter in a wide pan, and when it has been possible to incorporate the rolled almond and brown slightly.
5. To continue with the sauce to accompany the oven fish: incorporate the shallot and the rolled garlic, the pistachios, the pieces of vanilla and the lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Constantly remove garlic does not burn. Brown slightly and remove from heat.
6. Remove the fish from the oven, serve in individual dishes and distribute the sauce above. Serve this fish immediately in nuts sauce so that it does not cool.
