Orange trout recipe

This great recipe was given to my mother by a friend. It is super fast since it only has a few minutes to assemble it, so it is ideal when you are tired after work or if you simply do not want to spend too much time in the kitchen. What does it do is squeeze an orange on the fillets and then sprinkle about Parmesan , breadcrumbs and olive oil. You will not know that Parmesan is there, since it only adds slightly to the taste.

Ingredients to make orange trout:
4 trouts
100 grs of fillet almonds
2 juice oranges
2 cloves of garlic
100 grs of breadcrumbs
oil
salt
pepper
parmesano
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Average cost, popular in spring-summer, ideal accompany with white wine

Ingredients to make orange trout:

1. We water the background of the oven plate with a stream of oil.

2. We place the trout, once clean and splashed on the plate.

3. We chop very fine garlic cloves and spread them above the trout.

4. Next, we sprinkle with breadcrumbs and chopped almond.

5. Then, we sprinkle them with the orange juice and finally, we water them with a splash of oil.

6. We put the hot-oven plate at 170 degrees from 15 to 20 minutes.

7. We take and serve sprinkling the trout with their own juice, which have released on the plate.

8. As an ornament, an orange cut into saw teeth or another beautiful shape is perfect.
