Oncebollado Besugo Recipe

6 medium tomatoes
2 onions
10 ml of olive oil
50 gr of butter
1 glass of white wine
a few drops of lemon juice
salt

2. We peel and cut into very thin onions and put over the tomato.

3. Sprinkle with a little salt and add a few drops of lemon juice, add the butter above the kiss and spray everything with the wine.

4. We put on the fire for 10 minutes and then introduce in the preheated oven, for 1/2 hour.
