For 4 people :: 4 thick slices of bonito del norte. 500 grams of green beans or pods. ¼ of fresh scallions. ¼ green pepper. ¼ red pepper. 6 tablespoons of olive oil. 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Salt. |

2. In a pan with a little olive oil we fry the garlic cut into sheets, add the tomato and let it cook little by little.
3. From time to time we crush a little, add the teaspoons of paprika and the pods, boil and put salt ready.
4. We place on the pods the slice of newly made a row and back with a little salt.
5. Lets boil the whole and serve.
6. When serving we can accompany a light vinaigrette made with scallions, green pepper and red pepper with an oil, vinegar and salt dressing.
