Merorcan recipe to garlic

We peel onions and garlic. We cut the onions, the green pepper, the garlic and the tomatoes in very small squares (cutting in brunoisse) put the olive oil to heat in a pan.

Ingredients to make Mallorcan to garlic:
4 MERO FILES OF 250 GRAMS
1 onion
1 Pimper Green
2 cloves of garlic
1 natural tomato
1 glass of white wine
50 grams of raisins sultaas
20 grams of peeled pine nuts
1 Deciliter of olive oil
salt
