Mero roast recipe with anchovy sauce

We clean the mere, we evisce it, we wash it very well and marinate it for 3 hours in a pickle.

Ingredients to make mere roasted with anchovy sauce:
For 4 people
1 kilo of slices
1 glass of olive oil
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
200 g of margarina
6 sauceon anchovy fillets
2 eggs
2 laurel leaves
1 bunch of parsley
Pimienta in grains
salt

Ingredients to make mere roasted with anchovy sauce:
