2. We incorporate the mero fillets and fry them on both sides until they are made inside. We remove and reserve for later.
3. We fry the onion until it becomes transparent and add the liquefied tomatoes and the paprika. We continue cooking and incorporate olives, vinegar and bay leaves. We let fry for 10 minutes over low heat.
