Mero alioli recipe

We peel the potatoes and cut them into squares as for salad.

Ingredients to make alioli mere:
For 4 people
800 grams of mere in fillets
1 kilo and a half of potatoes
1 cup of mayonnaise (with 1 clove of crushed garlic)
1 deciliter of virgin olive oil
salt
pepper to taste

Ingredients to make alioli mere:

2. Cook the potatoes with water and salt until they are soft and tender.

3. Once cooked we remove them from the heat, drain them in a strainer and sprink them with chopped parsley.

4. Then we sprinkle them with olive oil and with garlic mayonnaise (rapid Alioli) and reserve them.

5. We heat a non-stringent pan, we pile slightly and place the slices of mere on the iron.

6. We cook the mere over low heat from both sides spraying with lemon a few minutes before finishing cooking.

7. We serve the mere fillets with cooked potatoes with virgin olive oil and alioli sauce.
