Marinated salmon recipe

A fresh, clean and headless salmon takes away the central scrape sprinkling it with fresh dill.

Ingredients to make marinated salmon:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
500 grams of sugar
20 grams of dill
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon brown mustard
100 ccs of liquid cream
500 grams of fat salt
1 kilo of fresh salmon

Ingredients to make marinated salmon:

2. For each kilo of salmon it puts on top half a kilo of fat salt and half a kilo of mixed sugar.

4. He gets into the fridge two to four days.

5. It is removed and cleaned from sugar and salt.

7. The accompanying sauce is made with mustard, honey and fresh cream all well beaten.

8. In case of not finding dill it is fresh.
