Mallorcan fish recipe

Mallorcan fish ingredients:
400 gr. of mero fillets, it also serves hake or other white fish
a 100 gr. of chard
100 gr. of thick chopped parsley
50 gr. from leeks
50 gr. of onion (sofritos)
200 gr. of potatoes cut to lames and cooked
2 mature tomatoes
25 gr. of toasted almonds without salt
2 garlic cloves (15 gr.)
100 ml. of olive oil
100 ml. of water or fish broth, you can also use dry white wine

3. Then add the chard and the parsley, less one tablespoon that will be saved to make the chopped, cut into a thick julienne and let cook over low heat.

5. In an oven fountain, place the potatoes cut into slices and cooked, on top, place the fish fillets and on top of it place the vegetable.

6. Put in the preheated oven at 175º C. for 20 minutes. Serve at the same source. Note The water can be replaced with dry white wine.
