4 Merluza fillet 3 potatoes peeled and cut into slices 1 large onion cut into slices 1 dash of oil 200 grams of milk cream 200 grams of Roquefort cheese |

4. Then the slices of onion, the chopped or grated roquefort cheese, salt and peppers.
