1 kilo of hake (fillets or slices) 70 grs. of oil 2 big garlic potatoes 1 median onion 1 tablespoon of paprika salt |

Ingredients to hake the Galician Thermomix:
2. We cut the garlic into sheets so that they cold, 3 minutes at speed 1 and 100 degrees.
3. Once the garlic is fried, we stop the Thermomix and add the paprika, mixing well at speed 1 (without heat).
4. Add to 400 gr. Water, chopped onion, a bay leaf and salt.
5. We program 30 minutes in varoma at speed 2.
6. Meanwhile, we can cut the sliced potatoes and place them in the varoma that we will put on the Thermomix when steam starts out.
7. In the absence of approximately 7 minutes (and depending on the thickness of the hake), we will carefully uncover the varoma and introduce the tray with the hake, covering and leaving it until time ends.
8. We put the potatoes in a fountain, with the hake on top and we will spray with the sauce.
