Ingredients to make hake and tuna cake:
1. Lets see what are the ingredients for this light hake recipe. For fish, we choose four hake fillets without skin and without spine -they can be frozen. We have chosen the tuna in olive oil, although we will drain it. For decoration, you can replace mayonnaise and capers with other ingredients, such as tomato sauce and boneless olives.
2. We are going to cook this fish cake in the microwave. We chose an apt bowl for this device, we put a splash of oil and a pinch of salt and the chopped onion. We mix it and, with the cover cover, we cook it in the microwave for five minutes.
3. Then we crush the hake, trying to eliminate possible thorns. We add the hake to the onion bowl, next to a little more oil, salt and pepper. We mix it again and heat it in the microwave two minutes.
