MAÑA Sardine Recipe

Ingredients to make sardines to the Maña:

1. After cleaning the sardines well, they are placed at the source of the oven and sprinkle with abundant salt. Leave the fish at rest for 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, in a mortar garlic and parsley finely cut together with a jervist and water vinegar jet. The idea is to prepare a masted that we will put on the sardines to impregnate them with flavor.

3. After the rest minutes, the salt fish is removed and the sardines are preheated at about 190º C. and everything is bathed with the mixture we have in the mortar.

4. After the first 30 minutes, the sardines are turned around and are covered again with a mowery of garlic and parsley. Continue cooking for 10 more minutes.

5. These sardines can be served with lemon slices to decorate. They are a perfect incoming and if you want them for a more complete dish, accompany them with a garnish bakery potatoes or a piece of vegetable pudding. To enjoy!
