Ingredients to make llauna:
1. We prepare the ingredients for this cod recipe. We have already acquired fish. The parsley should preferably be fresh, but if you don have you can prepare the plate with chopped parsley. The fundamental thing is garlic and sweet paprika.
2. First we flour the backs of cod on a plate, to proceed to fry them below in a pan with very hot oil.
Trick: Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
3. Once we have the cod slightly fried, we have the fillets in an oven pan. Ideally, it is a tin (llauna in Catalan, hence the name of the recipe), but in the absence of it you can use a mud, for example.
4. Next we prepare the broth that will season the cod. In the same pan or pot where we have made the cod, using the same oil, we pour a clove of garlic. When he has taken color, we add the white wine and the sweet paprika, and let it fry for a few minutes. Then we turn off the heat and pour this broth over the cod.
5. Add a little parsley, a pinch of salt and bake the cod to the llauna at 190 degrees for about 10 minutes.
6. We take out the cod from the oven and we already have it ready to serve.
7. We set the cod recipe, sprinkling over a little more parsley and the other chopped garlic clutch, and is ready to taste. I accompanied him with some vegan broccoli croquettes and a cheese peppers salad. Bon Appetite!
