Ingredients to do Lékué to La Meniere:
1. We prepare all the ingredients. We provide special attention to the sole, it must be fresh.
2. We peel the potatoes, we cut them into slices of about two centimeters, salt and sprinkle with a little oil.
3. We put the sole and butter on small pieces.
4. With lemon we make a juice and sprinkle it above the sole. Then we sprinkle with the dry parsley, and put the Lékué case to the microwave for eight minutes at maximum power.
5. After eight minutes, we take out the microwave lekué, put it on a plate and throw the lemon juice on top.
6. We serve the sole on a flat plate. You can accompany this dish with a very original potato puree or with artichokes with potatoes.
