200 gr salmon
3 dry laurel leaves
5 gr thyme dry
4 gr oregano dry
100 gr raw rice
20 ml Sunflower oil

2. Have aluminum foil in a pan (to avoid burning), add the thyme, oregano, raw rice and bay leaves.





3. When the rice begins to burn, put a rack and on top of the salmon with a little oil.





4. Lower the heat cover with aluminum foil and a lid, this will prevent smoke from escaping. Smoking for 7 minutes.





5. Serve the salmon, it is ideal to make sandches, salads or can be consumed with salt and pepper.
