500 g of hake 100 g of peeled prawns 3 peppers of the piquillo 200 cl of liquid cream 2 eggs butter breadcrused bread salt and pepper |

2. In a container and with the help of a blender, beat the fish, eggs, cream, 2 peppers, salt and pepper.
3. Once everything is well beaten, add the prawns and mix.
4. Introduce in a mold greased with butter and breadcrumbs and put in the oven, in the water bath, for 1/2 hour at about 170º. Take out, let cool and unmold.
5. Serve accompanied by a mahonesa to which a piquillo pepper will be added.
