2 hake fillets (or slices)
100 gr. Of clams
500 gr. from potatoes
2 tomatoes
2 onions
200 gr. from arvjas
1 clove of garlic
1 small red pepper
200 cc. from milk
salt
pepper

7. Mix and accommodate the fillets above. Take and cook over low heat for 10 or 15 minutes, or until the hake is tender.





8. Withdraw carefully so as not to break the fillets, serve and enjoy hot!
