2. We fill a milk container and immerse the bread.
3. Once the hake, we crumble it and mix it with tomato sauce, 5 egg yolks.
4. We beat everything with the blender and add the whites to the point of snow with a little salt.
5. We pour into an elongated oven mold, which we will have previously smeared with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, and cover with aluminum foil or another heat resistant, to prevent the top being added.
6. We put the mold in the water bath and put in the preheated oven at 200 ºC for 45 minutes.
7. To check if it is curd we introduce a knit needle or a knife; If it comes out clean, it is a sign that it is.
8. To accompany this cake we will make a pink sauce (Ketchup mayonnaise) very light.
