Guisadas sardines recipe

We clean the sardines by removing the thorns, gut and head. We leave them open in the form of a fan and season them.

For 4 people ::
1 kilo of sardines
4 tomatoes
2 green peppers
1 onion
oil
1 clove of garlic
pajil
salt

Ingredients to make stewed sardines:
