Ingredients to make grilled sole with yogurt sauce:
1. Our first step to make this easy-to-grilled sole recipe is to prealist the ingredients.
2. Take a pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of sunflower oil, once the oil adds the white onion cut into small pictures.
