2. Add the olives, anchovy paste and wine.
3. Cook 5 minutes.
4. Add the lecha and a pinch of pepper.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Wash and chop the parsley.
7. Beat the eggs and salt and pepper them.
8. Wash and dry the hake fillets, cut them into pieces of 6 cm. and pass them through the beaten eggs.
9. Fry the hake fillets in a pan with plenty of oil, until they are well golden.
