Fried marinade cazon recipe

We make a mashed with garlic, a handful of salt, oregano and paprika.

For 4 people ::
1 kilo of clean cazón.
4 cloves of garlic.
A glass of white vinegar.
A tablespoon of paprika.
Oregano
salt.
100 grams of flour.
2 dl of olive oil.

2. We cut the sliced dogfish, place them in a fountain and smell them with the mashed together with the vinegar.
