Fried cod recipe with potato and scalled salad

I have made the potatoes in the microwave at maximum power about 10 minutes, I really like how they look and are made before the oven. The pepper and the eggplant I have roasted them in the oven. I usually do amount that I can use to accompany dishes or eat as is.
