Olive oil is put in a pan, the onion cut into sheets, hard garlic. The tuna is chopped with a pinch of salt and struggled a little. The fish fumet, the laurel, the vinegar, the pepper, the rosemary are added and left over low heat for 15 minutes. It is poured into a peol and adds fries on dice.
