Ingredients to make fish fixture: |
6 pieces of fish (hake, mere, crows ..) 4 onions 1 laurel leaf 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of pepper 1 pinch of oregano 1 pellizco de cumin 1 branco of parsley 2 lemons ( juice) 1 cup of oil 2 large lemons in slices 2 tomatoes |
Ingredients to make fish fixture:
2. Season it with salt, pepper, lemon juice, oregano, cumin and join it with a little oil.
3. Split the onion in a large pen pit.
4. Put the fish in a wide base pan.
5. Add the onion, laurel, parsley and oil.
6. Cover it, boil over low heat, for 25 minutes or until it is cooked.
7. Place the tomato cut into slices on the preparation and cook 5 more minutes.
8. Keep it until the next day without taking it out of your juice.
9. Serve cold and decorated with lemons slices.
10. Accompany with salad to taste.
