In this recipe you will learn to make some fish fillets with peppers but with a very original presentation. These are fish stuffed, made with tilapia or mere, chimichurri sauce and smoked peppers. Ingredients to make fish fillet:
1. Before performing these snacks with fish, the first step is to enlist all ingredients.
2. To smoke the pepper, place it on the fire until it is completely black. Let stand for a few minutes and with a knife remove the entire burned part, reserve the smoked pepper.
3. To make the chimichurri, mix the parsley and the finely chopped garlic, add the sunflower oil, a pinch of dry oregano, salt and pepper, stir very well.
4. In a pan with olive oil, arrange the fish fillet, previously seasoned with lemon juice, salt and pepper, and cook 4 minutes on each side.
5. Apart, cut the smoked pepper into thick strips and on you are having pieces of fish, as seen in the photograph. Next, wrap.
6. Fix the stuffed peppers sticking wooden sticks and bathe with a little of the Chimichurri sauce on top.
