We wash the fillets well and leave.

Ingredients to make an onbolled emperor: |
For 4 people :: 1 kilo of emperor, in fine fillets. 2 large onions. 1 flour plate. 1 glass of water. 1 glass of white wine. 2 Olive oil deciliters. Salt. |
Ingredients to make an onbolled emperor:
2. We flour on both sides and fry in a pan with hot oil.
3. Once the fillets are golden, we separate and reserve.
4. We cut the onion into julienne (fine strips).
5. In the same pan where we have fried the fish, remove most of the oil and fry the onions until they get transparent.
6. Then add the glass of wine and the glass of water and let it cook until the onion is soft and the cooking liquid evaporates.
7. In a low casserole we place the fried emperor fillets and above we distribute the cooked onion.
8. We boil to the fish and serve immediately since if the fish is cooking too much.
9. We serve hot in a fountain.
